Based on a purely anecdotal sample of 2, this program will keep you well or cure you of what ails you.

  1. I have purchased from American Spoon: peanut butter, granola and chocolate fudge sauce ( the chocolate is just for fun).
  2. I have purchased Maple Syrup from the Green Mountain Sugar House in Vermont. Grade A dark with Robust taste.
  3. I have purchased from the Houston Pecan Company: Cranberries, Walnuts, Pecans, Sunflower seeds and Pumpkin seeds.
  4. I have included with the nuts the following Vitamins:

  1. Whole milk

Start every morning with ½ tablespoon of Peanut butter and a full tablespoon of Maple Syrup ( Tree sap)

The B-12 tablet must be chewed. Take one of each of the other vitamins by mouth with water every day.

In a large cereal bowl add 4 table spoons of the granola, ½ tablespoon of pumpkin seeds and ½ tablespoon of sunflower seeds, 6 ish walnuts or pecans ( alternate days), blueberries everyday and the otherfruits as available. Some days I have them all.

Add milk.

I have this every morning. Some days I add fried eggs.

You are what you eat, ultimately. It may take 2-3 days to see some improvement, but you will.
